Take a taxi from the cruise ships dock area (or your hotel) to Prospect Reef hotel, Road Town (next to Reef House Convention Center). Dolphin Discovery is located inside the hotel.

If your cruise ship moors offshore, boat tenders will take you to Tortola's island ferry dock where you can easily pick up a taxi. The journey time is no more than 5 minutes.
