Take a taxi at the cruise ship pier, or from your hotel, up to Hotel Prospect Reef, take Road Town (near the Convention Center Reef House). Dolphin Discovery facilities are inside the hotel.

If your cruise is far from the pier, there are small ships that will take you to the ferries pier of Tortola, where you will easily be able to take a cab. The ride will take about 5 minutes only.
