We have 2 free ferry services at 9:00 am, at different departure points according to your booked program:
- From Playa Langosta for all swim with dolphins programs and Garrafon + swim with dolphins programs scheduled 10:30 am.
- From Marina Aquatours for Garrafon programs and Garrafon + swim with dolphins program scheduled at 3:30 pm.
Please note that the arrival point for your return will be Playa Langosta. Consider this information if you, for example, leave a car in Marina Aquatours.
Can I do other activities in Isla Mujeres after my dolphin program?
Yes, you can enjoy all the facilities and amenities at our dolphinarium. You can also explore the island by yourself; remember that the last ferry departs at 5:30 p.m.

- Infants from 1 to 5 years old and Minors with a height of up to 1.20m / 47.24in / 3.93ft must do the experience accompanied by one paying adult.
- Children from 6 to 12 years old with a height greater than 1.21m / 47.63in / 3.96ft and a height less than 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft, can do the experience accompanied by 1 paid adult.
- Children 13 years old and older with a height greater than 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft, must pay their ticket as an adult and will be able to do the experience alone.
Dolphin Swim Adventure
- Infants from 1 to 5 years old or Minors with a height of up to 1.20m / 47.24in / 3.93ft will do the Dolphin Encounter behaviors experience and must be accompanied by two paying adults.

Can I use my own camera or mobile when I swim with dolphins?
For safety reasons, cameras or electronic devices in the water are prohibited. Professional photos will be available for sale.
