Your journey will begin when you board our ferry tour to Isla Mujeres from Cancun , where you’ll immediately feel the adventure ahead. Our captain will set sail for the island, and in the meantime, you can enjoy a coffee and snack, but we recommend taking in the beautiful scenery of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Once you arrive on the island, you’ll start to feel the excitement for all the activities to do in Isla Mujeres.

Located on the island, Dolphin Discovery Isla Mujeres is where your best swim with Dolphins experience begins, and we’ll ensure you have an unforgettable day at our facilities. You’ll have the unique opportunity to learn more about our fun and affectionate Marine Mammals. You can participate in some very sweet activities and others that are quite thrilling, such as kissing, hugging, greeting, and petting the Dolphin. But best of all, you’ll get to experience the boogie push! This is the perfect chance to interact with one of the friendliest and smartest marine species in their natural Caribbean Habitat.

You can also relax in the wonderful warm climate of Isla Mujeres and swim in our soothing pool or simply rest on our comfortable loungers and hammock area. Remember to satisfy your hunger with our delicious buffet and refreshing drinks from the national open bar.

ADDITIONAL INFO

You must arrive at Playa Langosta at 8 am to do your Check-In process.
Don't include infants under 6 years old in your reservation as they are free of charge; however, be sure to add them in the comments section of your reservation.
All participants must be at least 3.9 to perform the snorkel activities.
Infants from 1 to 5 years old or Minors with a height of up to 1.20m / 47.24in / 3.93ft will do the Dolphin Encounter behaviors experience and must be accompanied by two paying adults.
Children from 6 to 12 years old with a height greater than 1.21m / 47.63in / 3.96ft and a height less than 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft, can do the experience accompanied by 1 paid adult.
Children 13 years and older with a height greater than 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft, must pay their ticket as an adult and can swim alone.
For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is prohibited. Professional photos will be available for sale.
In this program at Isla Mujeres, the maximum number of people per group is 12 to ensure a better experience.
The use of life jackets is mandatory in all water programs.
Photo Package available during the online purchase process. This package is individual, and photos cannot be combined with another person.
The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages is only for adults.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.
For safety reasons, expectant mothers of 5 months or more can't participate in any of our aquatic programs. However, expectant mothers of less than 5 months can only participate in the Encounter program if accompanied by another adult and after signing a waiver.

It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember you'll receive a short briefing before your swim.
Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment, and marine species.
