- Don’t include infants under 3.3 ft in your reservation as they are free of charge; however, be sure to add them in the comments section of your reservation.
- For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is not allowed; professional photos will be available for sale.
- Photo Package available during the online purchase process. This package is individual, and photos cannot be combined with another person.
- Infants from 1 to 5 years old and Minors with a height of up to 48in / 4ft / 1.21m must do the experience accompanied by one paying adult.
- Children from 6 to 12 years old with a height greater than 48in / 4ft / 1.21m and a height less than 55in / 4.58ft / 1.39m, can do the experience accompanied by 1 paid adult.
- Children 13 years old and older with a height greater than 55in / 4.58ft / 1.39m, must pay their ticket as an adult and will be able to do the experience alone.
- It is required that the life jackets that we have fit on correctly.
Recommendations
- For safety reasons pregnant women (5 months and up) can't participate in any of our aquatic programs. Women with less than 5 months into their pregnancy can participate in the Encounter program only if accompanied by another adult and after signing a Responsibility Form.
- It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember you'll receive a short briefing before your swim.
- If you have any health condition or physical disability please contact our call center before you make your reservation so we can provide you full information about our services.
- Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species.
- Bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.

We are located 15 minutes from the main Basseterre Cruise Port Port Zante in the Bird Rock area, in Bird Rock Hotel Beach.
Is there transportation from Basseterre St.Kitts Port to Dolphin Discovery?
Yes, the roundtrip transport is included in your program. You just need to have your reservation confirmation and contact our Call Center at least 48 hrs before your activity to reserve it.
