THE DOLPHIN COMPANY, A SUPER COMPANY FOR WOMEN
Cancun, Quintana Roo on July 8th 2021.- The Dolphin Company,, the largest park operator in Latin America and the #1 swimming with dolphins company in the world, was ranked #18 in the Super Companies for Women 2021 ranking by Top Companies and Expansion Magazine, who evaluated the practices focused on the well-being of female talent in organizations.
To make the list,Top Companies considered the companies that appeared in the Super Companies 2021 ranking,, where The Dolphin Company had a presence in the first 50 places, and evaluated them based on three criteria: Benefits related to women, approval of the survey of workers and presence of women in management.
