I´m traveling by cruise ship. What happens if my boat is delayed, or diverted away from Cozumel or Tortola and I can't participate in my program - do I get a refund?
Yes - if for any reason your cruise ship is delayed, or diverted away from your Dolphin Discovery destination, you will be entitled to a full refund upon verification of the delay/diversion with the cruise line company.
I'm going to visit Cozumel on a cruise ship - Is there transportation from the dock to Dolphin Discovery?
From the cruise ship dock area, take a taxi to Chankanaab Park. It should take no more than 15 minutes. A taxi will cost about US$10.00 each way, for up to four people. Dolphin Discovery is just inside the Park's entrance and clearly signposted.
