- Infants from 1 to 5 years old and minors with a height of up to 1.20m / 47.24in / 3.93ft must do the experience accompanied by one paying adult.
- Children from 6 to 12 years old with a height greater than 1.21m / 47.63in / 3.96ft and a height less than 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft, can do the experience accompanied by 1 paid adult.
- Children 13 years old and older with a height greater than 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft, must pay their ticket as an adult and will be able to do the experience alone.
- To include free infants (aged 1 to 3) in your reservation, please mention it in the comments box during the first step of the booking process.
- Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older with a paid Dolphin Encounter program. Infants aged 1 to 3 swim free when accompanied by one adult with a paid Dolphin Encounter program.
- The platform for the Dolphin Encounter program in Vallarta has a maximum capacity of 12 people.
- Wearing life jackets is mandatory during your Dolphin Encounter experience.
- Rates and schedules may vary depending on selected dates.
- For the safety of our Marine Mammals and guests, the use of personal cameras is not allowed in the water. Professional photos will be available for purchase.
- Photo Package available during the online purchase process. This package is individual, and photos cannot be combined with another person.
- Non-swimmer companions may take photos and videos from their position.
- Admission for companions at Aquaventuras Park costs $25 USD per adult and $19 USD per child aged 4-11.
- Locker service is included with your Dolphin Encounter purchase. However, you must leave a $50 MXN deposit, which will be returned when you return the locker key in the same condition.
- Extreme activities are available at an additional cost: Zip lines and The Challenge at $60 MXN per person for each activity.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed in the park.
IMPORTANT:Currently, we are NOT accepting US dollars in cash at our location. We only accept cash in mexican pesos and credit or debit card payments in both pesos and dollars.
Recommendations
- For safety reasons, pregnant women 5 months or more along are not allowed to participate in any of our water activities. Pregnant women less than 5 months along may participate in the Dolphin Encounter only if accompanied by another adult and after signing a liability waiver.
- It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your experience, as you will receive an orientation from our Specialists before your Dolphin Encounter.
- If you have any physical or health conditions, please get in touch with our call center before booking so we can provide you with all the information regarding our special services.
- Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment, and our beloved Dolphins.
- We recommend bringing towels and cash for taxis, purchases, food, and souvenirs.
