EXTENDS THE TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF ITS HABITATS AND PARKS
Cancun, Quintana Roo 01 April 2020.- - Committed to the safety and welfare of our guests and team members, we have decided to extend the temporary closure of our 31 Habitats and Parks located in Mexico, the United States, Italy, Argentina, the Dominican Republic, St Kitts, and Grand Cayman until Saturday, May 16th. This revised opening date shall depend upon the indications of authorities and the specific situation in each country in which we operate.
Our dedicated team of Specialists and Veterinarians continue working hard to assure the wellbeing of all the species in our care, providing everything they need as well as following the recommendations of local health authorities.
We profoundly thank our associates for your support and understanding so that, together, we can work through the uncertainty and enormous challenges that lay before us all. This solidarity is what unites us and strengthens us as a family to keep our Company standing strong during these times of unrest.
For now, we ask that all of our teams continue following the indications of the CDC and local health authorities. Continue to take great care to protect their own health as well as that of their family and loved ones.
