Cancun, Quintana Roo, May 10th, 2021.- For nine consecutive years, The Dolphin Company has appeared in the first 50 places in the category of 500 to 3,000 employees in the Super Companies ranking carried out by Expansion Magazine to evaluate culture and organizational climate of the participating companies.
The Super Companies ranking evaluates aspects of the organizational climate such as motivation, working conditions, productivity boost, impartiality and compensation; in which The Dolphin Company is characterized by the constant training of its associates. Regarding the organizational culture, the ranking assesses the resonance, achievement motivation, personal and professional development, communication, policies and procedures, job satisfaction, leadership, labor relationship, organizational cohesion and social responsibility; where The Dolphin Company carries out various actions to promote and compensate the good performance of employees as well as promote the involvement of employees' families in company activities.
