Not everyone in our group wants to do a Dolphin program - Can they come and watch?
Absolutely! If you are going to Isla Mujeres, the members of your group who are not participating in a program can just pay US$10.00 per person for the round-trip, marine transportation from Playa Langosta. (Children under age 5, travel free of charge).
Why is there a lower age limit of 8 years old for children in the Swim program?
Although many children are good swimmers for their age, for the Royal Swim & Swim adventure programs are an interactive programs and requires a certain amount of physical strength. We have found that 8 years of age is the most appropriate cut-off for children.
Is it ok if my 3 year old comes with me into the Encounter program?
The minimum age to participate in the Dolphin Encounter is 1 year. Although a responsible paying adult must accompany each child under the age of 8.
I made a reservation for a Dolphin program, but I need to change it. What do I need to do?

My plans have changed and I need to cancel my booking. Will I get a refund?
No refunds apply for cancellations made within 4 days prior to your scheduled program. All our programs operate with shine or rain; therefore no refunds apply for bad weather, unless Dolphin Discovery decides to cancel any program. All changes are subject to availability. All refunds, well by reduction of number of participants, by the total cancellation of the reservation, or for any other reason, are subject to an administration fee of 10% on the total paid for the services.
