Additional information
- Children from 10 years old and with a height from 1.40cm / 55.11in / 4.59ft can participate accompanied by a paid adult.
- From 13 years old and with a height greater than of 1.40cm / 55.11in / 4.59ft can participate alone.
- Infants from 1 to 9 years old or who do not meet the height cannot participate.
- In Dolphin Puerto Aventuras, the maximum group size for the swimming experience is 15 people.
- An additional cost of $15 USD applies for each companion for transportation.
- The use of life jackets is mandatory for all water activities.
- For safety reasons, the use of cameras in the water is not allowed.
- Photo Package available during the online purchase process. This package is individual, and photos cannot be combined with another person.
IMPORTANT: At check-in, you can make payments with national and international credit or debit cards, or in cash with Mexican pesos (MXN) and US dollars (USD).
Recommendations
- For safety reasons, women who are 5 months pregnant or more are not allowed to participate in any of our water activities. Only women who are less than 5 months pregnant may participate if accompanied by another adult and after signing the liability form.
- It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your experience; remember that you will receive orientation from the Specialists before your Sea Lion encounter.
