With the Sea Life Discovery Plus program, you have the opportunity to interact with 3 of the most fun and lovely marine mammals species. We are sure that our manatees, sea lions, and dolphins will make your vacations unique, so prepare for a fantastic experience!
In order to live this enjoyable experience, first, you have to take a ferry and journey through the amazing crystal clear waters of Cancun. Aboard the ferry, you can enjoy the view of this endless Mexican Caribbean sea, in order to charge your energies for the fun that awaits you. After this relaxing journey, you’ll set foot on the facilities of Dolphin Discovery-Isla Mujeres, where you are able to live one of the most touching and fun experiences you may ever have!
With our dolphins, you can share an exciting time as you are able to touch, caress, hug and kiss these smart creatures. In addition, you will feel the adrenaline rush through your veins as our dolphins pull you with their dorsal fins, and push you from your feet to rise above the water. You can share a relaxing time with our manatees; they are charming and cuddly. We are certain that you’ll get charmed by them. In contrast, our sea lions can give you a very fun experience. They are full of energy and eager to play with you.
Don’t forget that you can also enjoy the warm Caribbean weather by laying down on our comfortable lounge chairs and take a dive in our refreshing pool. You can also try the delicacies from our buffet menu and our national open bar!

Additional information
- Children under 6 years old or with height less than 1.40m+ / 55.11in+ will not be able to participate in the Sea Lion Discovery experience.
- Children over 6 years old and with a height greater than 1.40m+ / 55.11in+ will be able to do the Sea Lion Discovery experience with 1 paying adult.
- Infants from 1 to 5 years old with a height of up to 1.19m / 46.85in must complete the swimming experience accompanied by 2 paying adults.
- Children under 5 years of age with a height greater than 1.19m / 46.85in will pay a Minor ticket and must complete the swimming experience accompanied by 2 paid adults. All tickets have to be pay.
- Children from 6 to 12 years old and those taller than 1.20m 47.24in can do the unaccompanied swimming experience.
- Children from 6 to 12 years old who measure less than 1.20m to 1.39m / 47.24in to 54.72in can carry out the experience without an adult, but behaviors may vary.
- Children from 1.40m+ / 55.11in+ or over 13 years old must pay for their ticket as an adult.
- The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages is only for adults
Recommendations
- Bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.
- For safety reasons, women of 5 months of pregnancy or more can't participate in any of our aquatic programs.
- However, women with less than 5 months of pregnancy can only participate in the Encounter program if accompanied by another adult and after signing a Responsibility Form.

- It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember you'll receive a short briefing before your swim.
