- You must arrive at Playa Langosta at 8:00 am to do your Check-In process.
- The use of life jackets is mandatory in all water programs.
- In this program at Isla Mujeres, the maximum number of people per group is 8 to ensure a better experience.
- Infants from 1 to 5 years old with a height of up to 1.19 m / 46.85 in / 3.90 ft may participate in the experience accompanied by one paying adult.
- Minors from 6 to 12 years old with a height of up to 1.20 m / 47.24 in / 3.93 ft may participate in the experience accompanied by one paying adult.
- Children from 13 years old and older, with a minimum height of 1.40 m / 55.11 in / 4.59 ft, may participate in the experience alone and must pay the adult ticket.
- For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is prohibited. Professional photos will be available for sale.
- Photo Package available during the online purchase process. This package is individual, and photos cannot be combined with another person.
- The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages are only for adults.
Recommendations
- For safety reasons, women who are 5 months pregnant or more are not allowed to participate in any of our water activities. Only women with pregnancies under 5 months are permitted to participate, and only if accompanied by another adult and after signing the liability waiver.
- It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program. Remember, you'll receive a short briefing before your experience.
