As part of our continued commitment to the safety of our guests and team members as well as the quality of our product to our guests and the public in general, we have always focused on the highest standards of welfare.

Since Saturday the 21st of March,the operations stopped in all of our Dolphin Habitats and parks in Mexico, Jamaica and United States, just as in the last days we temporarily suspended activities in Italy, Argentina, Dominican Republic, Saint Kitts and Grand Cayman. The suspension remain until 20th Jun and probably longer in some parks.

Most of our administrative staff will be working from home.

During this time, all of the species in our care will have the undivided attention of our Specialists and Veterinarians who will ensure their wellbeing and safety.

The health and safety of our guests, staff, and the animals in our care is our top priority. We are diligently monitoring the situation and maintaining close communications with all relevant health authorities.

We understand you may need to change your travel plans due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) At the Dolphin Company, we are committed to helping you to reschedule your experience, giving you all the necessary advice.


We are subject to the rules and regulations in each of the countries we operate, we look to open our doors again in the following dates:

  • During the first half of June, our three attractions in Florida, Gulf World, Marineland Florida, and Dolphin Connection as well as our parks in Mexico, the Mexican Caribbean, Los Cabos and Vallarta on the Pacific Coast.
  • During the second half of June, the parks in Italy, Zoomarine, Acquajoss and Aquafelix.
  • In July, our park Aquarium Mar del Plata, in Argentina, to coincide with the Austral Winter Vacation period.
  • During the same month of July, we will be restarting operations in Jamaica and the Dominican Republic.
  • In August, Grand Cayman and St. Kitts will reopen if the cruise begin arriving at the destinations.

If your experience is scheduled with dates before Jun 20th, we can help you to reschedule for a period until December 31st, 2020. Or you can keep your reservation open while you choosing a date.

In the event of cancellation, we give you an electronic credit that you can use it in any of our dolphin habits or parks on any date you choose for until a period of 3 years.

In all the events we keep the same preferential rate and/or confirmed promotion
without any extra charge and penalties.

We are preparing for our return!

As soon as we resume our operations in each of our dolphin parks and habitats, The Dolphin Company guarantees the following sanitary controls:

  • Significantly increase cleaning and disinfection of high contact areas, including elevator buttons, stair handrails, restrooms, counters, buffet trays, consumer center tables, and more.
  • Further improve our deep cleaning of high traffic areas.
  • Add several hand sanitizing stations in all habitats, parks and boats for guests and employees, especially in entrances and exits, consumption centers; boutique, restrooms, information desks.
  • To constantly supervise and communicate to our employees the importance and need for them to wash and / or disinfect their hands regularly following the guidelines of the CDC. Disinfection stations have been provided.
  • Do not allow employees to work with cold symptoms, request to stay home if they have flu or fever-like symptoms.
  • Quick response to spills, garbage and other situations.
  • Sanitation procedures at the end of the day for platelets, bathrooms, kitchen as well as railings.
