- For safety reasons pregnant women (5 months and up) can’t participate in any of our aquatic programs. Women with less than 5 months into their pregnancy can participate in the Encounter program only if accompanied by another adult and after signing a Responsibility Form.

The Sea Lion Discovery Memories program allows you to interact with these fantastic and funny marine mammals. They are eager to meet, play and share their amazing skills with people. Always full of energy, our sea lions guarantee the experience of a lifetime. This up-close interaction with them will allow you to caress, hug these lovely creatures.
In addition to this, you’ll be able to witness their abilities as they jump out of the water, sing and dance for you to make your day even better. You don’t have to worry about taking photographs since this program already includes the photos of this interaction. The only thing you will have to worry about is having a great time with your family and friends.
After your program at Dolphin Discovery-Cozumel, you’re welcome to visit Chankanaab National Park to spend the rest of your day surrounded by nature’s beauty, swimming in our pool, or discovering the underwater beauty of the region by snorkeling. You’ll be amazed by the amount of fish you are going to see!

Chankanaab Park is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is prohibited. Professional photos will be available for sale.
If you get to the Mexican island of Cozumel by cruise ship, verify your schedule before booking to avoid inconveniences. The Time Zone in Cozumel is EST (Eastern Standard Time) UTC/GMT -5 hours.
The Chankanaab Park admission rate without the dolphin program is $23 USD for adults and $16 USD for kids.
The use of life jacket is mandatory in all water programs.

It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember you'll receive a short briefing before your swim.
Our natural environment is fragile, we need to protect the reefs; for this reason sunscreens (even reef safe & biodegradable sunscreens) are not allowed in any of our programs.
