MARINELAND FLORIDA, VENUE OF THE FILM 'BERNIE THE DOLPHIN 2'

Marineland, Florida on December 16, 2019 - The Dolphin Company announced today that for the second time, Marineland, its third habitat with dolphins in the United States, hosted the Bernie franchise with 'Bernie the Dolphin 2', which premiere will be in the US on December 17.

Marineland Florida, the world's first "oceanarium," began as a film filming studio and research center over 80 years ago, with an aquarium, dolphins, and other marine species on display. The perfect venue for several films over the years including "Revenge of the Creature", "Benji", and now the first and second parts of "Bernie the Dolphin".

The first part of "Bernie the Dolphin" is about a brother and sister (Kevin and Holly Ryan) who befriend a badly sunburned dolphin that has been separated from its family, uncovering a secret plan that could destroy the beach and their new friend's home. Bernie is rescued by trainers and animal lovers in Marineland, while the children try to devise a plan that stops the antagonists and thus protects marine life, and most importantly, saves their best friend. The second installment returns Kevin and Holly, who join the marine mammal specialists of the Marineland team to work together with the dolphins that live there.

The objective of both films is to raise awareness and inform the public about marine life, the protection that wildlife requires, and the dangers they face every day. Marineland and all the parks of The Dolphin Company, share this same objective and seek to turn their guests into ambassadors of the ocean. That is why we proudly form part of this film and its mission of conservation and environmental education.

"Bernie the Dolphin" promises to move big and small dolphin lovers./p>
