How do I get to Dolphin Discovery Punta Cana?
To get to our location, you can do it in three ways: By rental car, through a taxi, or when buying your program; in step 1 of the summary of your purchase, you can add and reserve the transportation service (Hotel-Location -Hotel) with additional cost.
Are programs carried out in the sea or tanks?
Our programs are conducted in a seminatural habitat that is not located at sea.
Can I use my camera during my swim with Dolphins program?
For safety and protection reasons for our Marine Mammals and visitors, we have a professional photography service at your disposal, which you can purchase in step 2 of accessories in your shopping cart.
What is your children's policy?
- Children over 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in any of our dolphin programs by paying the adult rate.
- Children over 3.9 ft up to 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in the Encounter program. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Children over 3.3 ft and up to 3.9 ft will be allowed to participate in the Encounter program accompanied by a paying adult. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children must be accompanied by two paying adults.
- Children under 3.3 ft will be considered infants and will perform Encounter activities regardless of the program in which they participate (it is a requirement that they fit the vest).
Can pregnant women participate?
Our programs dolphin swim Swim Adventure and Royal Swim are not allowed for pregnant women, however our Dolphin Encounter program is a great option for women with up to 5 months of pregnancy, previously signing a waiver and accompanied by another adult.
