Where can I find Marineland Dolphin Adventure?

What are the opening hours?

Our opening hours are 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. daily. (Hours may vary by day.)

Is there a parking area nearby?

You can park for free at Marineland Dolphin Adventure. You can also find an outdoor parking area just beside our facilities which can accommodate buses and large vehicles.

What should I bring?

  • We recommend bringing sunscreen and weather appropriate clothes.

  • You can bring reusable and refillable water bottles.

 

What can't I bring?

  • Drinking straws and balloons.

  • Weapons are strictly prohibited within our facilities. This policy ensures a safe and comfortable experience for everyone and eliminates a potential risk to guests, staff and/or animals.

 

Can I book in advance?

Yes, you can purchase the Behind the Seas Park Pass and Dolphin Encounter programs in advance online, or by calling 877-933-3402, ext. 116.

What are the inclusions of the Behind the Seas Park Pass program?

This program includes admission to the outdoor facility and to Neptune Park. Here you can see dolphins, sea turtles, sand tiger sharks habitat, as well as our special “below the decks” tour.

Can I have a refund?

Yes, we offer an 8-day cancellation policy. Changes are made based upon availability and management discretion if within the 8-day cancellation period. Changes or cancellations made outside the 8-day policy are allowed based on availability. This policy applies for any program and does not include general admission.

Is it mandatory to present the ticket printed to enter Marineland?

You are always welcome to show your ticket on your smartphone. You can also provide us with the first and last name used to book your program.

What happens if I arrive a little late to my program?

Programs cannot be stalled or stopped for anyone. We encourage you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your chosen program.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.

Can I bring food or drinks?

You may bring your own food and beverages, and consume them in the appropriate areas. Some beverages and snacks are available in the Gift Shop. Please remember that drinking straws are prohibited.

Can I leave the facilities and come back?

Yes.

May I bring a stroller?

Yes.

May I smoke in the facilities?

Smoking is prohibited within the facilities, including e-cigs.

Are there first aid kits within the facilities?

Yes, we have basic first aid supplies available. Please notify a staff member if you are in need of first aid.

Are there any discounts for military?

We are proud to offer a military discount of 10% to active and retired military and their families. This discount applies to both General Admission and programs and can be purchased at the gate with a valid military ID.

Are there any benefits for groups?

There is a 10% discount for groups of 15 people or more, only when purchasing in advance. To receive this discount, please contact the Group Sales department at 904-460-1273 or 904-471-1111, ext. 114.

Do you accommodate guests with disabilities or special needs?

Yes. Please contact us with any special needs requests prior to your visit by emailing dabrown@marineland.net or by calling our reservations line at 904-471-1111, ext. 116.

May I take pictures in the facilities?

You can take pictures in public areas, however, you are not allowed to take pictures during our dolphin programs.

Do you have a Lost and Found section for lost items?

If you have lost an item, please visit our Gift Shop and notify a member of our staff.

Can I celebrate a special event or my birthday here?

Can I bring my school group?

How can I view and print my confirmation?

If you cannot find your confirmation in your email; you can look for it with your reservation number and email address at the following link (click here)

Are pets allowed?

No pets are allowed, with the exception of service animals. Service animals do not include emotional support pets.
