- Transportation to or from the location. This service can be requested at least 48 hours in advance for a cost of $150 MXN per person.
- Dock fee of $200 MXN per person. Children under 5 years old do not pay.
Additional information
- Infants from 1 to 5 years old or Minors with a height of up to 1.20m / 47.24in / 3.93ft will do the Dolphin Encounter behaviors experience and must be accompanied by two paying adults.
- Children from 6 to 12 years old with a height greater than 1.21m / 47.63in / 3.96ft and a height less than 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft, can do the experience accompanied by 1 paid adult.
- Children 13 years and older with a height greater than 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft, must pay their ticket as an adult and can swim alone.
- In Dolphin Puerto Aventuras, the maximum group size for the swimming experience is 15 people.
- The groups for the catamaran tour have a maximum of 34 people, and it must be requested when making your reservation. The departure time is at 9:00 AM, and the tour lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- An additional cost of $150 MXN applies for each companion for transportation.
- The use of life jackets is mandatory for all water activities.
- For safety reasons, the use of cameras in the water is not allowed. Professional photographs will be available for purchase, or you can buy your photo package in step two of your online checkout process.
IMPORTANT: At check-in, you can make payments with national and international credit or debit cards, or in cash with Mexican pesos (MXN) and US dollars (USD).
Recommendations
- For safety reasons, women who are 5 months pregnant or more are not allowed to participate in any of our water activities. Only in the Dolphin Encounter experience women who are less than 5 months pregnant can participate, if they are accompanied by another adult and have signed the liability waiver.
- It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your experience; remember you will receive an orientation from the Specialists before your Dolphin Encounter.
