Don’t include infants under 6 years old in your reservation as they are free of charge; however, be sure to add them in the comments section of your reservation.
- A valid ID is an essential requirement to visit Cozumel.
- All participants must be at least 3.9 to perform the Swim Adventure activities
- Chankanaab Park is opened daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Infants from 1 to 5 years old or Minors with a height less than 48in / 1.21m will do the Dolphin Encounter behaviors experience and must be accompanied by two paying adults per infant.
- Children from 6 to 12 years old with a height greater than 48in / 1.21m and a height less than 56in / 1.40m, can do the experience accompanied by 1 paid adult, per child.
- Children 13 years and older with a height greater than 56in / 1.40m, must pay their ticket as an adult and can swim alone.
- It is required that the life jackets that we have fit on correctly.
- Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in this program.
- For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is prohibited. Professional photos will be available for sale.
- If you get to the Mexican island of Cozumel by cruise ship, verify your schedule before booking to avoid inconveniences. The Time Zone in Cozumel is EST (Eastern Standard Time) UTC/GMT -5 hours.
- In Cozumel, groups have a maximum of 12 people for a better experience.
- Day Pass Cozumel to Chankanaab Park for companions WITHOUT a swim with Dolphins program and with food and drinks has a cost of $49 USD for adults and $32 USD for children.
- The use of life jackets is required in all water programs.
- Photo Package available during the online purchase process. This package is individual, and photos cannot be combined with another person.
- The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages is only for adults
- Activities involving Marine Mammals (Dolphins, Sea Lions, and Manatees) are subject to a Participation Tax for Activities with Aquatic Animals (ISEPAAA), established by the State Government of Quintana Roo. This tax will be collected at check-in, at a rate of $ 3 USD per person, and applies to guests aged 6 and above.
- Residents of Quintana Roo are exempt from the Participation Tax for Activities with Aquatic Animals (ISEPAAA).
- The funds collected from this tax go directly toward the protection of marine species in Quintana Roo.
Recommendations

- For safety reasons, expectant mothers of more than 5 can't participate in any of our aquatic programs.
- Expectant mothers of less than 5 months can participate in the Encounter program only if accompanied by another adult and after signing a waiver.

- It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember you'll receive a short briefing before your swim.
- Our natural environment is fragile, we need to protect the reefs; for this reason sunscreens (even reef safe & biodegradable sunscreens) are not allowed in any of our programs.
