- Chankanaab Park is opened daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- In this program at Cozumel, groups have a maximum of 10 people for a better experience.
- Infants from 1 to 5 years old with a height of less than 1.21 m / 48 in may participate in the experience accompanied by one paying adult, per infant.
- Minors from 6 to 12 years old with a height of up to 1.21 m / 48 in may participate in the experience accompanied by one paying adult, per minor.
- Minors from 13 years old and older, with a minimum height of 1.40 m / 56 in, may participate in the experience alone and must pay the adult ticket.
- Infants from 1 to 5 years of age or who do not meet the height cannot participate.
- For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is prohibited. Professional photos will be available for sale.
- Photo Package available during the online purchase process. This package is individual, and photos cannot be combined with another person.
- Guests are not permitted to swim wearing any jewelry or accessories that may detach or fall off during the interaction.
- The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages is only for adults.
- Activities involving Marine Mammals (Dolphins, Sea Lions, and Manatees) are subject to a Participation Tax for Activities with Aquatic Animals (ISEPAAA), established by the State Government of Quintana Roo. This tax will be collected at check-in, at a rate of $ 3 USD per person, and applies to guests aged 6 and above.
- Residents of Quintana Roo are exempt from the Participation Tax for Activities with Aquatic Animals (ISEPAAA).
- The funds collected from this tax go directly toward the protection of marine species in Quintana Roo.
- Locker service is available for an additional cost of $7 USD and a $7 USD deposit.

- For safety reasons, expectant mothers of 5 months or more can't participate in any of our aquatic activities. However, expectant mothers of less than 5 months can only participate in the Encounter experience if accompanied by another paid adult and after signing a waiver.
- The use of sunscreen (including biodegradable sunscreen) and tanning lotions is not permitted in any of our aquatic experiences or activities.
- It is recommended to bring money for photos, memories, as well as an extra change of clothes.
- Guests with a history of heart problems, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, use of heart medication, or any other major medical condition should not participate.
- Guests are advised to consider their physical fitness level and medical history when determining whether this activity is suitable. Those who have any doubts should consult their doctor before participating in any activity that may be physically demanding.
